T'AI CHI CHIH- Joy through movement with Vicki Schroeder Accredited Teacher will begin Tuesday April 13 through June 1st from 1:45 - 2:45 pm. 8 one-hr class sessions are $60. T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation that heals the mind, body and spirit and is made up of 19 simple, easy to learn movements and one pose, to reduce stress, promote serenity, flexibility and balance.
